I've been to quite a few planet fitness is recently and I have to say this by far is the worst. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They seem more concerned with the cell phones and watching what's on television. It's not clean in there , Not sure if the staff does clean in there because no one seems to take out the trash and or wipe down the machines at all. Equipment laying around all over the place I almost fell by the cable machines. This place needs a lot of training.I pray that things change in their employees learn to care about the customers as well as the equipment. 7/11/2017
Staff have always been nice to me when I come for work. I come early in the morning when I am there. I have been to a few different planet fitness locations because they are usually in convenient places when I'm on work trips. This is the best one I have been to. Thank You!!
Worst PF by far... no bench press, no linear leg press, dumbbells only go up to 60 (usually PF goes to at least 75), the hip abduction only goes to setting 2, won't set on setting 1. Good if this is your first time ever working out. Also no stability balls or decline benches
Staff is not very friendly at all. They don't even look up at you when you come in. Half the time they are on the cell phones not even paying attention to what is doing on. Whatever happened to good customer service?
Wish the free weights went up higher than 60lbs. Also, the lunk alarm must be broken... Non-stop squat rack slamming from an older gentleman today.
